In the first one, anyone getting a piece with a coin is believed to have a good New Year. As per the second tradition, a person entering the house with the right foot defines fate throughout the year. It is said that a little boy entering the house with his right foot brings luck and prosperity. Fireworks on this day are known to be one of the biggest parts of New Year’s Celebrations.
